Aqualine is a fast-growing, family-run swim gear brand expanding into Australia - and we’re looking for a Sales Rep in Victoria to help us grow fast and grow right.
This isn’t a cushy account manager gig. It’s a fast-moving, on-the-road sales role for someone who can open doors, pitch with purpose, and turn conversations into orders. You’ll be out meeting swim schools, aquatic centres, and retailers - and making sure Aqualine becomes their go-to brand.

You’ll be doing:- Visiting and pitching to swim schools, aquatic centres, and retail stores
- Finding and closing new business, not babysitting existing accounts
- Planning your own schedule, hitting KPIs, and owning your territory
- Merchandising product in-store and ensuring it sells through
- Reporting activity, keeping your pipeline clean, and staying on top of the numbers
You’ll thrive in this role if you:- Have sales or BDM experience (retail or sport industry ideal)
- Are self-driven, organised, and accountable
- Communicate well, can handle rejection, and bounce back fast
