About the Opportunity:

We are looking for ambitious Sales Consultants to join a high-performing showroom team in Logan, selling premium lifestyle and wellness products including spas, swim spas, saunas and ice baths.
This is not your typical retail role. You’ll manage the customer journey from enquiry through to post-sale follow-up, working with warm inbound leads across phone, email and showroom walk-ins. Customers are engaged, ready to buy, and often purchase within days.
About the Role:
- Managing inbound enquiries and following up leads
- Conducting professional product presentations
- Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Building strong customer relationships and generating referrals
- Maintaining accurate notes and customer records
- Identifying upsell opportunities
- Supporting showroom presentation and team culture
- Attending expos and events as a top performer

What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience is essential
Candidates from the following backgrounds tend to thrive:
- Real Estate, Solar, Insurance, Furniture or Electrical Retail, Automotive Sales, Phone sales, Large-format Retail and any kind of "Consultative Sales Environments"

Roster & Hours: This is a permanent full-time role that has mandatory weekend work. You must work each Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm - weekdays 8.30 - 5pm.
