Crown Spa is seeking a Spa Attendant to support the delivery of a five‑star guest experience through exceptional customer service, presentation and cleanliness.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining spa treatment rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest luxury standards. In this role, you will deliver warm, professional, and timely service to guests, consistently reflecting Crown’s service principles and embodying the 4 C’s: Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care. Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain treatment rooms, reception and common areas to five‑star standards
- Clean, prepare and replenish rooms, amenities and equipment
- Maintain showers, steam rooms and Jacuzzis in line with Spa SOPs
- Follow CrownSAFE, health & safety, and security procedures
- Report maintenance, safety or security issues promptly
- Work collaboratively within the team and independently when required
- Perform opening and closing procedures
About You
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
- Physically capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to manage repetitive tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a luxury or hotel environment is beneficial
