Role OverviewWe are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor or Studio Owner with hands-on experience in reformer instruction to serve as an Advisory Partner for the Australia market. You’ll provide practical insights on product usability, local instructor and studio trends, and potential partnerships — directly influencing our product and market development roadmap.
Responsibilities- Participate in structured product testing sessions (remote and recorded via video call)
- Share expert feedback on reformer ergonomics, portability, and performance
- Advise on the Australian Pilates landscape — studio operations, pricing, and distribution norms
- Support development of instructor playlists, training modules, and content partnerships
- Identify collaboration opportunities within Sydney/Melbourne instructor and wellness communities
Requirements- Certified Pilates Instructor (minimum 3 years of professional teaching experience)
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne
- Strong familiarity with reformer equipment and teaching progression (beginner to advanced)
- Professional communication and comfort with remote calls (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams)
Compensation & Structure- Hourly rate: AUD 80-150/hour tbd on expertise level.
- Commitment: Typically 2-4 hours per month till product launch
- Payment: Immediate transfer upon session completion (via PayNow, PayPal, or Wise)
- Flexible schedule – most sessions are pre-booked with 1–2 days notice
- Upside : Opportunities to be brand ambassador with enriched contract
