About the RoleWe’re looking for a physiotherapist early in their career to join our team at ISO Physiotherapy in Bondi Junction.
This role is designed to help you develop into a confident, high-performing clinician — with structured support, real mentorship, and a clear pathway to building a strong private caseload.
You’ll work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced physiotherapists, with access to a fully equipped rehab gym and a high-quality private client base.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assessing and managing a range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries
- Delivering a combination of hands-on treatment, soft tissue work, and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Building and managing your own caseload over time
- Developing clear treatment plans and communicating them effectively to patients
- Supporting patients through their full rehab journey — from pain to performance
- Working closely with other physios to discuss cases and continue learning
Development & SupportYou’ll be supported through a structured 0–100 onboarding program led by our senior physiotherapists, alongside:
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring
- Fortnightly team PD and case reviews
- External PD with a Titled Sports Physiotherapist
- Ongoing on-floor support as you grow your confidence and caseload
We also focus on developing the non-clinical side of private practice, including:
- Patient communication and experience
- Re-booking strategies
- Reducing cancellations
- Building long-term client relationships
ProgressionYou’ll start on a base salary while building your clinical skills and caseload.
As you become more confident and independent, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a commission-based structure, typically within 9–12 months depending on readiness.
This creates a clear pathway toward strong earning potential and long-term career growth.
