As the brand continues to grow, All Fenix is searching for its first Head of Marketing, a senior, strategic leader who can build and lead a global marketing function across Australia and the US. This role goes far beyond channel execution - we’re looking for someone who thinks holistically about brand, growth and customer experience, and who knows how to unite strategy, creativity and performance to deliver commercial results at scale.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead All Fenix’s end-to-end marketing strategy across Australia and the US, owning the brand’s growth across all channels, both online and offline. This is a rare opportunity to step into the brand’s first senior marketing leadership role and shape how customers discover and fall in love with the brand.
With a strong focus on DTC growth, you’ll drive a unified, customer-first approach that balances commercial performance with brand impact. From digital performance and CRM through to brand, influencer, wholesale, product, and experiential marketing, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is cohesive, ensuring the brand continues to be distinctive in its positioning.
As the guardian of the All Fenix brand, you will define and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring consistent storytelling and execution across ecommerce, social, content, PR, retail partners and community. You’ll work closely with the Founders and product team to align marketing with innovation and seasonal launches, while also supporting expansion and future growth opportunities.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll lead and mentor a growing marketing team, partner with agencies and key stakeholders, and own the marketing budget end-to-end, all while building meaningful connections with the community through brand initiatives, events and activations.

Success Looks Like
Success in this role means driving measurable commercial growth while strengthening the All Fenix brand. You’ll hit revenue and ROI targets, improve conversion and retention, and grow lifetime value. Your campaigns, omni-channel initiatives, and partnerships will boost brand equity, share of voice, and customer loyalty, including the pilates instructor network and wholesale performance. As a leader, you’ll build a high-performing, engaged marketing team, delivering on KPIs, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of creativity, accountability, and impact.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a senior marketing leader with 10+ years of experience driving growth in D2C e-commerce or fast-moving consumer brands. You have a proven track record of building and scaling brands, delivering integrated campaigns, product launches, and experiential activations, all whilst leading high-performing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
You’re data-driven, commercially savvy, and full-funnel fluent, with expertise in paid performance and affiliate marketing. You combine strategic vision with executional rigour, turning insights into measurable results while maintaining brand consistency and creativity.
