As the brand continues to grow, All Fenix is seeking its first CRM & Loyalty Specialist to own CRM, retention and loyalty programs, ensuring these initiatives directly drive increased customer lifetime value and measurable business impact.
The Role
The CRM & Loyalty Specialist will own the pre-and post-purchase experience, driving customer engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing CRM, retention and loyalty programs that directly impact revenue and customer lifetime value. This is a hands-on role, measured by outcomes, with every campaign and initiative you lead driving commercial impact.
You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end customer journey across email, SMS and loyalty platforms, using data and insights to optimise engagement and retention. A key part of your role will also build and nurture the All Fenix Pilates instructor community, creating meaningful connections through loyalty programs, private forums, focus groups, and other initiatives that deepen engagement and brand advocacy.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll translate strategy into action, delivering personalised, timely campaigns that truly move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Loyalty & Retention: You’ll own and optimise All Fenix’s loyalty program and retention initiatives, driving repeat purchase, engagement and customer lifetime value.
- CRM & Email Marketing: You’ll manage end-to-end CRM and lifecycle communications across email and SMS, delivering personalised campaigns that convert and grow revenue.
- Customer Experience: You’ll map and optimise the post-purchase customer journey, using insights to create seamless, engaging experiences that strengthen loyalty and maximise lifetime value.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded CRM & Loyalty Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing the impact of their work. You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or customer lifecycle roles, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or fashion, along with a proven track record of driving retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
You’re confident owning the end-to-end CRM and loyalty function, shaping customer journeys across email, SMS and loyalty channels to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results. You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and other platforms, using data analysis, segmentation, A/B testing and marketing automation to turn insights into actionable, results-driven campaigns.
Beyond technical skills, you’re strategic yet tactical and results-driven. You combine creativity with data and structure, communicating clearly, managing projects efficiently and collaborating across teams to create seamless, impactful customer experiences. Above all, you take ownership, are self-directed and thrive when turning customer insights into initiatives that drive measurable results.
