Spa Supervisor & Trainer
About You
You MUST hold a recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy and have full working rights in Australia. We are seeking an enthusiastic, polished and professional team player who consistently delivers exceptional service and exceeds guest expectations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to the beauty, health and wellness industry, with genuine passion for creating personalised and memorable guest journeys. Experience within a hotel or resort spa environment is highly regarded.
You will perform up to five treatments per day, with designated days allocated to administrative and supervisory responsibilities. This balance allows you to remain hands on with guests while supporting leadership duties including rostering, training, reporting and overall spa operations.
In this role, you will:
• Support daily spa operations and lead the team on shift
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast paced environment
• Mentor and guide team members to strengthen performance
• Manage guest feedback with confidence and discretion
• Contribute to achieving revenue, retail and treatment targets
Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly regarded.
