Role Description – Dermal/Skin Therapist
As a Therapist at Verve Lounge, you are responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments while ensuring every client receives a comfortable, professional, and results-focused experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their concerns and provide tailored treatment plans that align with their skin goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing advanced skin treatments (e.g. Morpheus8, Forma, facials)
• Conducting thorough skin consultations and assessments
• Creating personalised treatment plans for clients
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, safety, and clinic presentation
• Preparing treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session
• Educating clients on aftercare and ongoing skin maintenance
• Keeping accurate client records and treatment notes
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications & Skills:
• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Science, or equivalent
• Experience in advanced skin treatments (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Passion for skincare and delivering real results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
