Role Description
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing Brisbane-based studio. This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, creative studio environment and make the role your own, with real responsibility, autonomy, and impact from day one.
The successful candidate will bring strong organisational capability, well-developed process management skills, and the ability to balance operational responsibilities with project and team support. A structured, solutions-focused mindset, combined with sound business acumen and a continuous improvement approach, is essential.
This role sits within and receives support from the broader Business Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Team Support
- Reception duties including phone management and general enquiries
- Calendar coordination and basic travel arrangements
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
Office Administration
- Management of stationery, hardware, and software requirements
- Processing receipts and petty cash
- Maintaining efficient office systems and a professional studio environment
People & Culture
- Assisting with onboarding of new team members
- Coordinating review and performance calendar reminders
- Supporting social events and team initiatives
Project Support
- Printing, formatting, and document preparation
- Supplier coordination and liaison
- Organisation and maintenance of the materials library
- Supporting CPD administration and tracking
Marketing & Events
- Assisting with logistics for local events and marketing initiatives
Desired skills / attributes
- Experience working within architecture, design, or creative industries (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
