We are seeking versatile Holistic Performance Instructors to lead our Mind-Body programs. Whether you specialise in the precision of Reformer Pilates, the flow of Yoga, or the science of Breathwork, you will play a critical role in helping our members—from elite athletes to corporate executives—recover, refocus, and perform at their peak.
The Role
We are looking for multi-disciplinary instructors capable of delivering world-class sessions across:
- Pilates: Reformer and Mat-based sessions focused on core stability, postural alignment, and functional mobility.
- Yoga: Dynamic or restorative flows tailored to active recovery and athletic longevity.
- Meditation & Breathwork: Specialised sessions designed for nervous system regulation, stress management, and mental clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-energy yet sophisticated group sessions that cater to mixed ability levels.
- Provide technical corrections and progressions to ensure member safety and physical development.
- Integrate breathwork and mindfulness into physical practices to support the "wellness" pillar of the SFIDI brand.
- Foster a premium, inclusive studio environment that serves as a sanctuary within the Rialto.
- Stay current with industry trends and evidence-based practices in recovery and mobility.
Who You Are
- Highly Qualified: Minimum Level 1 Yoga (200hr) and/or certified Reformer/Mat Pilates instructor. Certifications in Breathwork or Meditation are highly desirable.
- Versatile: You can teach across multiple modalities or have a strong willingness to integrate different holistic elements into your classes.
- Professional: You are comfortable working in a high-end corporate precinct. You are punctual, polished, and an exceptional communicator.
- Performance-Minded: You understand how recovery and mobility support a strength-based training program.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience teaching in a boutique or high-performance environment.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- A passion for helping high-performers achieve balance and well-being
