What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and managing the HR inbox.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including system updates and documentation.
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries.
- Supporting recruitment across teaching and non‑teaching roles.
- Sitting on interview panels and coordinating the end‑to‑end process.
- Maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring strong data integrity
- Assisting with award and entitlement queries.
- Supporting induction, L&D activities, and staff movement processes.
- Contributing to the implementation of a new HRIS and future process improvements.

You’ll Bring
- Around 3 years’ experience in HR coordination or HR administration.
- Confidence communicating with leaders and staff at all levels.
- A proactive, curious mindset - you like understanding how things work and asking the right questions.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and manual processes.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right.
- A values‑driven approach and desire to contribute to meaningful work.
- Energy, initiative, and a willingness to jump in and support wherever needed.
HR qualifications are welcome but not essential - your attitude, enthusiasm, and alignment with the school’s values matter most.
