As a Nutrition and Dietetics Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting patients to receive safe, timely and person‑centred nutrition care. From assisting with nutrition screening to contributing to service improvements, your work helps patients feel supported while strengthening the outcomes of the broader care team.

- Supporting nutrition assessments and interventions under dietitian guidance to improve patient wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with dietitians, nurses, food services and allied health teams to deliver seamless care
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality, safety and nutrition standards
- Sharing ideas, insights and feedback that improve services and patient experiences

- Experience supporting nutrition, dietetic or allied health services under supervision
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with patients and multidisciplinary teams

- A commitment to learning, quality improvement and safe, ethical practice
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have allied health assistant training, nutrition‑related study, or experience in hospital or community health settings.
