We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager who doesn’t just want to run campaigns, but wants to be part of work that matters.
This is a hybrid role - part strategist, part operator - connecting high-level marketing direction with seamless, metrics-driven execution.
You will own the operational engine behind our marketing:
- Building and optimizing funnels
- Managing campaigns across platforms
- Tracking performance and translating data into action
- Ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and with intention
This is not a plug-and-play marketing role.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Translate business goals into clear marketing campaigns and strategies
- Own execution across email, funnels, content, and paid traffic
- Manage the marketing calendar, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Live Launch Execution
- Lead planning and execution of 4+ major launches per year
- Coordinate all campaign assets and timelines within Asana
- Engage with audiences during launch windows (including community spaces)
- Support lead follow-up through email and occasional outreach
Funnels & Systems
- Build and optimize funnels in Kajabi based on performance data
- Manage automations and workflows (currently in Keap or similar CRM)
- Collaborate on lead magnets, nurture sequences, and customer journeys
Paid Ads (Meta)
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Test creative, refine targeting, and optimize performance
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust accordingly
Content, SEO & Visibility
- Support blog, YouTube, and social strategies to increase reach
- Optimize and repurpose content across platforms
- Identify new opportunities for growth based on data and trends
Team Collaboration
- Maintain SOPs and clear documentation
- Communicate effectively within Slack and Asana
- Contribute ideas that improve systems, workflows, and results
Key Metrics You'll Own
- Funnel performance (opt-ins, conversions, customer journey flow)
- List growth and audience quality
- Email performance (open rates, clicks, engagement)
- Ad performance (CPA, CTR, ROAS)
- Launch execution (timeliness, accuracy, results)
- Organic growth (SEO traffic, YouTube metrics)
- Operational consistency and follow-through
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on campaign and funnel experience
- Experience with Kajabi, Keap (or similar CRM), and Meta Ads
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish independently
- Strong understanding of marketing data and performance optimization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator
Bonus Experience
- Background in health, wellness, or education
- Experience with SEO, YouTube growth, or content strategy
- Familiarity with Canva or creative asset coordination
Commitment
- Part-time to full-time (flexible based on fit)
- Long-term opportunity—we are looking for someone to grow with us
- Fully remote (must have reliable internet and a focused work environment)
- Some overlap with AEST working hours preferred
