About Aleenta
Aleenta Health Club is a multi-disciplinary studio and wellness business with studios across Adelaide and Melbourne. We've been around for over 11 years, and in that time we've built something we're genuinely proud of and a community of women who've decided that looking after themselves isn't optional anymore!
We offer mat and Reformer Pilates, barre, yoga strength and cardio dance classes in welcoming, no-pretension studios where you'll be greeted by name and leave feeling better than when you walked in. Our team is the reason people keep coming back and we take that seriously.
The Role
We're looking for mat and Reformer Pilates teachers who are great at what they do and even better with people. Teachers who programme thoughtfully, cue clearly, and make every single person in the room feel like they matter.
Our members come back because of their teachers and our community. So if you're the kind of teacher who learns names, is reliable, adapts on the fly, and makes people feel strong, confident and welcome, you're our people.
We're open to experienced teachers as well as newer teachers who've completed their training and are ready to build their teaching career in a supportive, high-standard environment.
What You'll Do
- Teach regular weekly Pilates classes across one or more Aleenta studios
- Programme varied, evidence-informed classes that progress and challenge your clients
- Deliver safe, effective and engaging sessions for all levels from brand-new beginners to experienced movers
- Learn names. Remember injuries. Follow up after someone's been away. Build real connection.
- Maintain equipment and studio presentation before and after each class
- Communicate proactively with your Studio Manager about covers, client feedback and development needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development and Aleenta community events
- Represent Aleenta's brand and values in everything you do
Who You Are
- Qualified Pilates teacher
- Confident teaching group classes of up to 12–14 participants
- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement principles and safe cueing
- Warm, approachable and genuinely interested in your clients as people, not just bodies on beds
- Reliable, punctual and professional - you show up prepared and on time, every time
- Open to feedback and committed to ongoing development
- Bonus: experience with barre, yoga or strength classes is a plus but not essential
