About Sommer Swim
Sommer Swim is a premium swimwear brand inspired by European summers. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead (in-house or freelance) to own our paid social and drive profitable new customer growth.
The Role
You will be directly responsible for the performance of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest campaigns (with potential to expand into TikTok and google).
This is both strategic and executional: you’ll be in the ad accounts daily, building campaigns, testing creative, and optimising for CAC, ROAS and MER.
You will:
- Own and manage all campaigns on Meta & Pinterest end-to-end.
- Build a clear account structure (cold / warm / hot; learning vs scale).
- Plan and run a weekly creative testing cadence (new hooks, angles, formats).
- Turn performance data into clear creative briefs for content/creative.
- Monitor performance and adjust budgets, bids and audiences proactively.
- Report weekly on spend, CAC, ROAS, MER, and key learnings.
- Work with the founder and wider team to align ads with launches, promos and key markets.
About You
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience running paid social for e-commerce (fashion/beauty/luxury/swimwear ideal).
- Managed at least €50k+/month in Meta (and ideally Pinterest) ad spend.
- Proven track record improving CAC/ROAS/MER, not just “spending budget”.
- Strong in both data & creative – you know great results come from great creative and structured testing.
- Comfortable with attribution beyond platform ROAS (GA4, Shopify, blended CAC/MER).
- Clear communicator who can explain what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re doing next.
Bonus points for:
- TikTok Ads experience
- Google ads experience
- Background in swimwear / resortwear / premium fashion.
- Basic CRO knowledge (landing page / PDP testing).
