Club Manager – Fernwood Fitness St Kilda

At Fernwood St Kilda, we're more than a gym - we're a community built around empowering women to feel their absolute best. We're looking for a driven, people-first Club Manager to take the reins of one of Melbourne's most vibrant women's fitness clubs.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. You'll be on the floor, leading your team, driving sales, and creating an environment where members and staff alike thrive.
What you'll own:
- Membership sales growth and hitting monthly targets - you live for the win
- Leading, coaching and rostering a high-performing team
- Member experience and retention from first tour to long-term loyalty
- Day-to-day club operations including HYPOXI, reformer Pilates, FIIT30, group fitness and PT
- Local marketing activations and lead generation
- Keeping the club immaculate, compliant and commercially sharp
You bring:
- Proven sales experience - you know how to convert and you know how to coach others to do the same
- A background in fitness, health or wellness (you get this industry)
- Leadership experience with a genuine love of developing people
- Strong commercial awareness — budgets and performance metrics don't faze you
- Energy, accountability and a warm presence that members and staff are drawn to
- First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
