- Permanent role
- Work with Super smart passionate people
- 2-5 years Experience MAX
We are looking for a product manager to join the team leading our AI initiatives. This is not a "write PRDs for an engineering team" role. It is a builder role, you will be shaping, prototyping, and shipping AI-native product experiences at the intersection of automation, multi-sided marketplaces, and real-world operations.
You will work directly with the founders and senior product leadership on some of the highest-leverage problems in the business. The work is ambiguous, the stakes are real, and the pace is high.
What You'll Work On
- Defining and delivering AI-powered product experiences across our platform, from agentic automation of operational workflows to intelligent surfaces for agencies, investors, and renters
- Working on our internal AI operating system — a goal-aligned intelligence layer that transforms how the business sees itself and makes decisions
- Identifying where AI creates genuine leverage: where a well-designed AI loop replaces ten manual steps, not where it adds a chatbot to an existing feature
- Running tight discovery and experimentation cycles — forming hypotheses, shipping small, measuring real outcomes, and iterating fast
- Collaborating across engineering, design, data, and operations to move from idea to shipped product with minimal friction
Who We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally with time spent at a high-growth startup or in a technically demanding environment
- Strong academic record — we care less about where you studied and more that you demonstrated genuine intellectual capability when it counted
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML concepts: you understand the difference between a fine-tuned model and a RAG pipeline, and you can talk credibly with engineers about what's technically feasible
The things that really matter
- Extreme ownership. You don't wait to be told what to work on. You identify what matters, make a case for it, and drive it to completion.
- High intelligence. You think fast, learn faster, and can hold complex systems in your head. You spot the second-order effects other people miss.
- Bias toward signal. You are ruthless about what actually matters. You don't confuse activity with progress, and you don't let process become a substitute for thinking.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can make good decisions with incomplete information. You know when to wait for more data and when waiting is itself a bad decision.
- Builder's instinct. You have a feel for what great product looks like and the persistence to get there. You sweat the details that users feel, not the ones that just make the doc look good.
What To Expect
This role is intense. We move fast, we set high standards, and we expect the people doing the work to own it completely. If you're looking for a predictable 9-5 with clear swim lanes and minimal ambiguity, this is not the right role.
If you want to do some of the most interesting product work in Australian tech, building AI-native products that actually matter, at a company where your output has direct, visible impact, we'd like to hear from you
