Studio Manager - Community, Growth & Events
We’re on the hunt for a confident, capable, and community-driven Studio Supervisor to lead the charge at our @pilates 24/7 Brighton studio.
This isn’t your average front-of-house role. We’re looking for someone with serious people skills -someone who can grow and nurture a thriving Pilates community, lead engaging local events, and bring exciting partnership opportunities to life. You’ll play a key role in member experience, studio operations, local marketing, and brand presence in the area.
While you won’t be instructing regular classes, you will be trained to support safe form during sessions, and there may be opportunities to lead live classes in the future. A Pilates certification is a big plus, but not essential.
What You'll Do:
- Be the face of the studio - open and close, set the vibe, and keep the space calm, clean and inviting
- Connect deeply with members and foster a culture of community, inclusivity, and energy
- Plan and execute engaging community events and activations
- Develop and maintain local partnerships with aligned businesses and influencers
- Lead local area marketing with confidence and creativity
- Promote and convert memberships with clarity and heart - this is a sales-savvy role!
- Create a seamless and positive onboarding journey for trials and new members
- Manage staff rosters, day-to-day studio operations, and back-end systems
- Respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism across email, text, and social media
- Track leads, support retention strategies, and ensure accurate CRM data
- Contribute to content creation, collabs, and local campaigns
- Celebrate milestones, host giveaways, and champion our members
Who Are You:
- A people-person through and through - confident, warm, and naturally inclusive
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple moving parts
- Passionate about health, wellness, and the power of movement
- Sales-savvy and comfortable hitting performance goals
- A confident communicator (yes, even on the phone!)
- A self-starter with a love for events, partnerships and local connections
- Comfortable leading small teams and managing casual staff
- Pilates-certified or open to upskilling - there may be opportunities to lead live classes
- Ready to grow with the brand and bring fresh ideas to the table

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in community building, events, partnerships, or local marketing
- Front-of-house, hospitality, wellness, or retail background
- CRM and admin tools (e.g. Glofox, MindBody, etc.)
- Previous sales or service roles with customer-facing goals
- Or: You’re a go-getter with a passion for people - we’ll teach the rest
