With 110+ studios globally and rapid expansion across multiple markets, we’re entering our next phase of growth, and the Academy is at the centre of it.
We’re looking for an Academy Manager to lead and evolve our global education platform, elevate instructor standards, and build a scalable Academy model that supports both franchise growth and future direct-to-consumer opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine program development, operational excellence, and leadership to take the Academy to the next level.
The Role
You’ll lead the STRONG Academy program: responsible for how we educate, develop and support our instructor network across all markets.
This role sits at the intersection of movement, operations, performance and brand, ensuring that every instructor delivers a consistent, high-quality STRONG experience.
As we continue to scale, this role will move beyond delivery into building a world-class education platform, including new pathways, systems and future-facing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Academy Strategy & Development
- Lead the evolution of the STRONG Academy program
- Continuously refine curriculum, structure and delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand education offerings, including direct-to-consumer pathways
- Ensure alignment between Academy, programming and brand standards
Academy Delivery & Operations
- Oversee the delivery of Academies across all markets
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality Academy experience
- Support franchise partners with Academy planning and instructor pipelines
Master Trainer Network
- Lead the recruitment and development of the Master Trainer network
- Provide ongoing support, education and alignment
- Ensure consistency in delivery across all regions
Instructor Quality & Development
- Maintain and elevate instructor standards across the network
- Oversee assessment and evaluation processes
- Build ongoing development pathways for instructors post-Academy
Network Support
- Act as the key point of contact for the Academy across the network
- Support international markets as we scale
- Maintain strong communication between HQ and franchise partners
About You
- 5+ years of experience in training, education or program leadership (fitness preferred)
- Experience leading or delivering education programs at scale
- Strong understanding of group training environments
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working across global teams and time zones
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passionate about developing people and raising standards
