We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead a high-performing 24/7 fitness club with a strong local presence and a growing member base. This is an opportunity for a people-first leader who thrives on building community, developing teams, and driving sustainable club performance.

The Opportunity
You will take full ownership of the club’s day-to-day operations, people leadership, and member experience. This is not a desk-bound management role, you will be visible on the floor, leading from the front, and shaping a culture that members and staff genuinely want to be part of.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop an on-site sales team to high performance
- Drive membership growth, retention, and community engagement initiatives
- Deliver exceptional member experiences and service standards
- Manage club operations, rostering, and performance reporting
- Build strong local partnerships and community presence
- Maintain brand standards, presentation, and compliance
- Contribute to marketing and outreach campaigns
- Support personal trainers and in-club businesses to succeed
About You
- Proven experience as a Club Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Membership/Sales Leader within fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries
- Strong leadership capability with a genuine interest in mentoring others
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive KPIs without compromising culture
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A natural community builder who enjoys being present and visible
- Passion for health, wellbeing, and people development
